Maureen and Ramsay… Avoiding Stormy Atlanta

Image
On Friday February 7 Maureen and Ramsay came for a few days. We had been worried that they would have problems travelling because of the snow in Atlanta which had left I75 as a parking lot with abandoned cars everywhere. Nick and Julie... January 29 - February 1, 2014

In February 2010, Nick and Julie came to visit us. Revisiting that Blog, I could see that it had been cold then. We hoped the weather would be better this year. It wasn't. It rained every day except for the day they left to go further south for their cruise. A good place to visit on a rainy day is the Kennedy Space Centre. As I was taking a picture of the Canadarm, someone said, "Must be another Canadian." Nick, Julie, Paul at the Space Centre. A misty, chilly beach walk. The last day was so nice that Nick was determined to walk barefoot on the beach. A beautiful end to a beautiful day.
